ALICE BARNING accepts payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, MobilePay and PayPal. The amount will be withdrawn from your account once your purchase has been dispatched.
All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner.
ALICE BARNING uses an authorized payment server that encrypts all your card information with the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that we cannot read your information.
DELIVERY
As all jewelry is handmade and made to order, delivery can take up to 14 days.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipts, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase.
At ALICE BARNING we do not refund your purchase, but we are happy to exchange your item to another size or product.
We do not cover freight costs for returns.

WARRANTY
A 2 year warranty is granted in accordance with the Purchasing Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in materials and / or fabrication.
The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by improper use of the product / service.
It may be expected that gold-plated jewelry will eventually be worn and lose its plating, since plating is a surface treatment. The right of complaint will therefore not cover wearing of the plating.
ALICE BARNING will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.
IMPORTANT
Gold plating is a surface treatment and therefore it is expected that the jewelry will lose its plating over time
To extend the life of gold plated jewelry, it is recommended to remove the jewelry when sleeping, bathing and washing hands.
All jewelry is handmade, so your jewelry may differ from the image shown.
ALICE BARNING reserves the right to make price changes and accepts no liability for any printing errors.
