Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

ALICE BARNING accepts payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, MobilePay and PayPal. The amount will be withdrawn from your account once your purchase has been dispatched.

What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Denmark – 39 DKK. 

Sweden – 59 DKK

Norway – 99 DKK

Germany – 49 DKK

England – 109 DKK

Faroe Islands – 79 DKK

Countries not mentioned above – 140 DKK

How long will delivery take?

As all jewelry is handmade and made to order, delivery can take up to 14 days unless otherwise stated. If delivery takes longer than 14 days, the customer will be informed by email.

How do I find my perfect size?

Gold plating is a surface treatment and therefore it is expected that the jewelry will lose its plating over time

To extend the life of gold plated jewelry, it is recommended to remove the jewelry when sleeping, bathing and washing hands.
